The muffler bodies are meticulously hand-built using a Stage 5 muffler design, and crafted in-house using advanced techniques. The sheets of stainless steel are laser cut, formed into shape using a press brake, and then welded together with precision using a laser welder. This innovative welding technology ensures consistent and small Tig style weld every time, resulting in a high-quality product that will endure the toughest of conditions.
Inside these high-performance mufflers, you'll find a 2.5-inch stainless steel perforated baffle wrapped in high-temperature fiberglass. This packing not only provides a pleasant deep rumble, but also helps optimize the exhaust flow for improved performance. The mufflers are finished off with a stylish billet aluminum exhaust tip and turn out tip, both of which are also made in-house in Huntington Beach, California. Adding to the aesthetic appeal, a small Trinity badge is tack welded to the new cans, giving the exhaust system a distinctive and premium look.
